- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering or a related discipline.

- Diploma or degree holder in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from a recognized institution.

- Strong understanding of solar inverter technology, battery management systems, and renewable energy principles.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
