Role Description The Software Tester role at PInterview is a full time, remote position responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the platform’s features and user experiences. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing test cases, performing functional, regression, and usability testing, and documenting test results and defects in a clear and structured manner.

The Software

Tester will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers to validate new functionalities,



reproduce and verify reported issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes. The role also involves analyzing system behavior, suggesting quality improvements, and helping maintain testing documentation and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Test Execution and Test Cases design and documentation skills.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and defect analysis.
- Experience with manual and basic automated testing tools and methodologies is beneficial.
- Familiarity with web applications, APIs, and cross-browser/cross-device testing is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively within distributed teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting of issues and test outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
