About the Role

WE’RE HIRING | ERP SOFTWARE SALES CONSULTANTS

Are you an ERP Sales qualified who knows how to find opportunities, open doors and CLOSE DEALS?

Software Sales Consultant – ERP / CRM / HCM

Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and market development
- Identify business requirements and position the right ERP, CRM and HCM solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Manage the complete sales pipeline and drive opportunities towards closure
- Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial negotiations
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain regular follow-ups and accurate CRM updates
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Implementation and Support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Develop new accounts and expand business with existing customers

Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in
- ERP Software Sales
- CRM / HCM Sales
- B2B Software Sales
- Business Management Software Sales
- SaaS / Technology Sales

Required Skills





- Have experience selling ERP / CRM / HCM / Business Software
- Can independently generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Are confident conducting product presentations and software demos
- Know how to engage CXOs, business owners and decision-makers
- Can manage the complete sales cycle — Lead → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Are highly target-oriented and motivated by business growth
- Have the confidence and communication skills to win new customers

Preferred Skills

- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing software deals will be strongly preferred
- We are not looking for someone who simply follows up on leads
- We are looking for a hunter — someone who can identify opportunities, create conversations, build value and convert prospects into customers
