We are seeking a Quality Assurance Executive with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably with CMMI DEV/SVC Implementation experience. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating continuous software process improvement by analyzing process requirements along with existing process completeness, correctness, and efficiency.

Skills

Mandatory

- CMMI DEV/SVC Implementation experience
- Good knowledge of project life cycles (SDLC, Service Life Cycle, Waterfall, Spiral, Agile, etc.)
- Involvement in at least one CMMI Level 5 Appraisal
- Process Audit experience
- Metrics Analysis
- Knowledge of performing RCA using Control Charts, 5-Why Analysis, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone, etc.
- Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001
- Understanding of AI governance, risk management, and responsible AI practices aligned with ISO 42001
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Desired
- Knowledge of project management concepts
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and service management tools
- Experience with quality tools such as Minitab and Crystal Ball
- Experience on PPB-PPM
- Conduct process and quality training programs for all levels of the organization

- Involved in preparation of quality procedures, policies, and templates
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
