Job Summary:

A Software Engineer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software systems. They work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop software applications, solve technical problems, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Windows Services,



background processing applications, schedulers, and data synchronization components.
- Implement reliable communication with databases, devices, machines, PLCs, and external systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, logging, and fault-tolerant operation of services.
- Own end-to-end delivery, including development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Contribute to achieving budgeted revenue targets by delivering assigned, project milestones, and customer commitments within the planned timelines and quality expectations.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned projects with a focus on schedule adherence, effective coordination with cross-functional teams, and proactive communication of risks or dependencies.
- Maintain high quality standards in engineering outputs by ensuring error-free submissions, minimizing defect leakage and rework, and following defined review and validation practices.
- Provide timely resolution for QA and customer-reported issues by taking ownership, performing root cause analysis, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring closure within the agreed SLA.
- Adhere to ISO, internal process, documentation, coding, testing, and release management guidelines to avoid non-conformities and negative audit observations.
- Identify and implement continual improvement and innovation ideas related to performance improvement, cost optimization, feature enhancement, automation, and productivity improvement.
