Role & responsibilities

- End-to-End Ownership: Drive features from requirement gathering and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

- Full-Stack Development: Build responsive, accessible frontend applications in React and scalable backend services using Node.js and/or Java (Spring Boot).

- CMS &
- Content Workflows:

Develop core interfaces and APIs for metadata management, publishing, scheduling, bulk operations, search/filtering, and RMS integrations.

- System Architecture &

- Resilience:

Apply distributed systems patterns (retries, idempotency, failure handling) and design clear API contracts between frontend and backend services.

- Production &

- Reliability:

Ensure production readiness, participate in on-call rotations, handle incident response,



and lead root-cause analysis for continuous reliability.

- Mentorship &

- Collaboration:

Partner with Product, Design, and Content Ops teams while mentoring junior engineers via code reviews and design discussions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 3+ years in full-stack web application development.

- Frontend: Solid TypeScript/JavaScript and React (HTML/CSS, UI performance).

- Backend: Solid Node.js and/or Java (Spring Boot) with REST API design.

- Databases &
- DevOps:

SQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.

- Architecture &

- Ops:

Distributed systems, automated testing, and production observability (logs/metrics).
