- Conduct soft skills training for sales executives, service advisors, technicians, and dealership employees.
- Improve employees' verbal communication, listening skills, and body language.
- Train sales staff in customer interaction, relationship building, and objection handling.
- Train service advisors to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally.
- Conduct role-plays, group discussions, presentations, and practical activities.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning activities.
- Assess employee performance before and after training.
- Coordinate with HR, dealership managers, and department heads to identify training needs.
- Prepare training attendance records, feedback reports, and performance reports.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
