Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, activity-based training in soft skills, communication, verbal ability and placement readiness.
- Conduct Group Discussions, mock interviews, presentations, role plays, debates and extempore activities.
- Train students in spoken English, qualified communication, workplace etiquette and interview skills, verbal ability.
- Assess student performance and provide specific, actionable feedback.
- Identify communication and behavioural gaps and provide targeted coaching.
- Manage large and mixed-ability classrooms effectively.
- Develop and update training content, activities, assessments and question banks.
- Track student attendance, performance and progress.
- Work on training programmes and placement-readiness initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Communication, Education,



Psychology or a related discipline preferred.
- 25 years of experience in soft skills, communication, corporate or student training.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in GD training, mock interviews and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom facilitation and student engagement skills. Key Competencies
