Profile: Social Media Executive

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Social Media & Digital Marketing

Roles

- Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar
- Design and create all social media creatives, banners, reels, videos, carousels, and promotional content
- Manage and post content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Run, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and assist with LinkedIn/Google Ads
- Track campaign performance and present weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, leads, ad spend, ROI, and recommendations
- Create a funnel system to attract leads
- Coordinate with management to discuss marketing strategy, campaign performance, and future plans
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and social media best practices

Qualification:
- Any Graduate

- Valuable copywriting and communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand marketing metrics and ROI
- A creative, proactive, and data-driven marketer who can independently manage social media, create engaging content, execute ad campaigns, and use analytics to continuously improve business results
