Role Description The Social Media Team Leader is a full-time, in office role based in Udaipur. This role involves overseeing the social media team, planning and executing multi-platform content calendars, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels.

The Social Media Team

Leader will collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing strategists to develop campaigns, optimize posting schedules, and analyze performance metrics. Daily responsibilities include supervising content creation, managing community engagement, coordinating with clients on social media strategies, and staying updated on trends and best practices.



The role also includes mentoring team members, streamlining workflows, and driving measurable growth in reach, engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong social media management skills, including platform expertise (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels) and campaign planning.
- Candidates should possess content-related skills such as copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic understanding of graphic design and video formats for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess strategic and analytical skills, including social media strategy development, KPI tracking, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
