Hexagon Nutrition Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, data-driven Social Media Executive to lead our D2C and digital growth initiatives.

This role will responsible for driving brand engagement through strategic social media content planning and creative execution for upcoming New Product Developments (NPDs). The role involves managing monthly content calendars, coordinating with designers and copywriters, researching trends, executing marketing campaigns, and monitoring performance to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities -

- Focus: Brand engagement, content planning, and creative execution for upcoming NPDs.
- Core Deliverables:
- Planning and maintaining the monthly social media content calendar across all active channels.
- Creative ideation, brief generation for designers/copywriters, and trend research.
- Execution and monitoring of campaign launches and community engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 5-8 years of proven digital marketing experience, with substantial hands-on ownership of a fast-growing D2C brand.
- Ad Platform Mastery: Deep,



tactical expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; robust understanding of modern tracking and attribution nuances.
- Modern Search Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of AEO/GEO dynamics and how large language models index, cite, and retrieve brand information.
- Content Production: Practical experience with in-house video creation, short-form storytelling, creative briefing, and smartphone or mirrorless camera setups.
- D2C & CRO Acumen: Familiarity with modern eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred), conversion rate optimization tactics, and website layout best practices.
- Tech-Savvy: Active user of generative AI tools for copy, imagery, video generation, and workflow enhancement.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable building revenue projection models, CPA/ROAS targets, and customer cohort reports.
