Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Specialist who can manage end-to-end social media marketing, create high-impact content, and support brand visibility through basic SEO alignment. The role focuses on generating awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for Dholera Smart City real estate projects. ? Key Responsibilities ?

- Social Media Marketing (End-to-End

● Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) ● Handle content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign execution ● Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) ● Coordinate with performance marketing team for paid social campaigns ● Manage comments, messages, and community engagement professionally ?
- Content Creation (High-Impact & Brand-Focused) ● Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, reels, carousels, stories, short videos) ● Write compelling captions, hooks,



and CTAs aligned with brand tone ● Work with designers/video editors to create scroll-stopping creatives ● Develop content around: ○ Real estate projects ○ Investment education ○ Dholera Smart City updates ○ Testimonials & site visit content ● Stay updated with social media trends & formats ?
- Basic SEO Knowledge (Supportive Role) ● Align social content with SEO-friendly keywords ● Understand basic concepts of: ○ Keywords ○ Hashtags strategy ○ Content discoverability ● Coordinate with the SEO team to support organic traffic & brand searches ● Optimize YouTube titles/descriptions and social bios with relevant keywords ? Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field ● 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing ● Experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure.
