Role Overview

We are looking for a trend-obsessed Social Media Marketing Intern to take 100% ownership of our social media channels. You will get the opportunity to manage multiple brand handles, test bold campaign ideas, write viral scripts, and execute quick short-form video edits in a quick-paced, Gen Z-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Multi-Account Ownership: Plan, curate, and run multiple social channels and creator handles with total creative freedom.

▪ Content & Scripting: Write scroll-stopping scripts, hooks, captions, and memes in English and Hinglish tailored for youth across India.

▪ Basic Video Editing: Edit fast-paced, high-engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promo clips (using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or InShot).

▪ Creative Experimentation: Run bold content experiments, test new formats,



and iterate rapidly based on reach and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

▪ Social Media Native: Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, short-form video trends, and internet culture.

▪ Core Skills: Strong copywriting skills combined with basic to intermediate video editing (clean, fast edits over cinematic complexity).

▪ Ownership Mindset: High ownership, proactive attitude, and comfortable experimenting without fear of failure.

▪ Bonus: An interest or curiosity in Fintech, Finance, personal money management, or the Gig Economy.
