Job Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients.
- Prepare monthly content calendars, posting schedules, and content strategies.
- Coordinate with clients for content requirements, feedback, approvals, and updates.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely delivery.
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
- Understand audience targeting, retargeting, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor ad performance and prepare regular reports.
- Use AI tools to improve content planning, research, creative ideas, and marketing workflows.
- Develop result-oriented social media strategies based on client objectives.

Mandatory Skills

- Practical, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, budgets, and optimization.




- Knowledge of social media management and content planning.
- Strong client communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content creation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Able to handle both organic social media activities and paid advertising.
- Proactive, organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Should be able to explain previous campaigns and demonstrate actual work results.

Important Hiring Criteria

- Meta Ads experience is a priority. We are not looking for a candidate who only knows social media posting or theoretical advertising concepts.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate their practical experience, explain campaign results, and show how they approach optimization and reporting.

Compensation

Budget: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on practical skills and experience.
