Stature 3D specializes in 3D characters, customized 3D models, 3D printing, and creative products. We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to build our online presence, engage our audience, and grow our brand across social media platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, and manage a consistent content calendar.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, posts, Stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action aligned with the brand.
- Coordinate with the content creation team for shooting, editing, and publishing content.
- Track social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare regular performance reports.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
- Explore collaborations, influencer partnerships, and other opportunities to expand our reach.

Requirements
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, social media trends,



and platform algorithms.
- Strong creativity, communication, and content-planning skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms is a plus.
- Ability to plan content independently and meet deadlines.
- Interest in 3D printing, technology, art, design, or creative products is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to experiment with current content ideas.
