Role Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Develop content calendars and platform-specific strategies.

Write engaging captions and coordinate content execution.

Manage publishing schedules and community engagement.

Track analytics and optimise content for organic growth.

Collaborate with clients, creators, editors and designers.

Identify and reach out to potential podcast guests, coordinate with them, and schedule podcast

What We’re Looking For

Strong content strategy, writing and communication skills.

Marathi proficiency is must.

Understanding of Reels, Shorts, trends and platform best practices.

Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Prior experience managing brand or creator accounts is great but we would love to have freshers as well.

- Awareness of current social media trends, short-form video formats, and platform best practices, along with a portfolio or examples of managed accounts, is advantageous.

Location: Pune
