At Healthus.ai, we're looking for a creative, strategic, and growth-driven Social Media Manager who has robust command over Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn and knows how to turn content into engagement, influence, and measurable business growth.

We are a specialised healthcare digital growth agency working with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and healthcare brands to build powerful digital identities and accelerate growth.

? What You'll Own✅ Instagram Growth: Develop strategies for Reels, carousels, Stories, collaborations, and community engagement to drive organic reach, follower growth, and brand visibility.

✅ YouTube Growth: Own YouTube content strategy, Shorts, long-form videos, podcasts, channel optimisation, thumbnails, titles, retention, and subscriber growth.

✅ LinkedIn Brand Building: Develop thought leadership strategies for doctors, healthcare leaders, hospital brands, and corporate healthcare organisations.

✅ Content Strategy & Planning: Build platform-specific content calendars, identify trending topics, develop creative concepts, and execute campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

✅ Creative Direction: Work closely with designers, video editors, content creators, and medical experts to produce engaging, high-quality content.

✅ Social Media Analytics: Track reach,



engagement, watch time, audience retention, follower growth, and content performance to continuously improve results.

✅ Personal Branding: Build strong digital identities for doctors, healthcare entrepreneurs, and industry leaders through storytelling, educational content, and thought leadership.

✅ Team & Client Management: Lead social media execution across multiple healthcare accounts, manage timelines, and present growth strategies and performance insights.

? What We're Looking For

- 4–7+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with a digital marketing agency.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn is mandatory.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts organically.
- Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form content, podcasts, and LinkedIn content strategies.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content distribution, audience behaviour, and engagement optimisation.
- Ability to identify trends and translate them into impactful brand content.
- Experience in video content planning, scripting, storytelling, and creative direction.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics,



and social media management tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, creative thinking, and team leadership skills.
- Healthcare, wellness, or doctor personal branding experience will be an added advantage.
