Job Opening – Social Media Manager

At Amra, our community is at the heart of everything we do, and much of that community lives online. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to bring our philosophy to life across digital platforms and build meaningful connections with the families we serve.

We are looking for a thoughtful storyteller who can translate the everyday moments of early learning into content that informs, reassures, and inspires parents.

Content & Storytelling

- Plan and manage a content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, our podcast, and other channels, in line with our values and voice
- Create high-quality content (photos, reels, short videos, and written posts) that captures life at Amra and makes our pedagogy accessible to parents
- Collaborate with our educators and experts to share research-backed insights on child development and parenting

Community Engagement

- Nurture our online community by responding to comments and messages with warmth and care
- Promote enrollment events, workshops, and open houses, and capture them for our channels
- Partner with parenting voices, experts, and local organisations to extend our reach

Brand & Insights

- Maintain a consistent, calm, and trustworthy brand presence across all platforms
- Track performance and audience insights, and use them to refine our content strategy




- Ensure all content respects the privacy and dignity of the children and families in our care

Professional Requirements

- Background: A degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field
- Experience: 2+ years managing social media for a brand, ideally within education, parenting, or social impact sectors
- Temperament: A warm, patient, and detail-oriented approach, with sound judgement about what is appropriate to share
- Skillset: Robust writing and visual storytelling skills, comfort with photo and video editing tools, and a genuine interest in early childhood and parenting
