About the Role:

Dgilab Advertising Solutions LLP is a digital marketing agency working with brands across diverse industries.

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to own the social media performance of several client accounts, from strategy and content planning to publishing, community management, and reporting.

This is a hands-on role with a strong creative production focus. You will plan and run brand photo and video shoots, collaborating with photographers, videographers, designers, and editors to deliver content ready for Reels, Stories, posts, and ads. While you are not required to operate a camera or edit video yourself, you must be able to run a shoot independently from concept through to final delivery.

Responsibilities

- Build social media strategies and monthly content calendars for each client account.
- Brief designers, writers and editors, and approve content before it goes live.
- Manage community engagement and escalate sensitive comments to the client.
- Track performance and send clear monthly reports with recommendations.
- Be the day-to-day social media contact for clients.

Brand Shoots and Creative Production

- Plan photo and video shoots that match the content calendar and brand strategy.
- Develop concepts, shot lists and basic scripts for reels, product shoots and promos.




- Brief and coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, editors and models.
- Manage schedules, locations and props, and guide the team on set.
- Review raw footage and final edits so each shoot gives enough usable content.

You do not need to operate a camera or edit videos yourself, but you must be able to run a shoot independently from planning to delivery.

Requirements

- 2 to 3 years of social media management experience, ideally in an agency, handling multiple brands.
- Proven experience planning or managing brand photo and video shoots.
- Strong creative ideas, with a valuable understanding of reels and short-form video.
- Excellent English writing, coordination and client communication skills.
- Ability to read analytics and meet deadlines across several accounts.

Nice to Have

- Experience with influencers and creators.
- Basic design or editing skills.

Tools Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube; Meta Business Suite or Canva.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
