Role Description The Social Media Intern role at Naarangi is an internship position based in Jaipur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The intern will support daily social media operations, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels relevant to the brand.

Responsibilities include assisting with content calendars, writing captions, sourcing or shooting visuals, and helping maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with Naarangi’s values. The intern will monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages,



and support basic analytics tracking to understand audience behavior and campaign performance. Additional tasks may include collaborating with the design and marketing teams on digital campaigns, brainstorming creative ideas, and helping with community-building initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support online brand visibility and audience growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts, campaigns, and storytelling aligned with the brand.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to write transparent, compelling captions and interact professionally with the online community.
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook, and basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights) is beneficial.
- Creative mindset with an interest in fashion, conscious living, and storytelling; ability to work in a hybrid setup from Jaipur with reliable time management.
- Current students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related fields are encouraged to apply; prior internship or project experience in social media is a plus.
