We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to manage social media activities, create engaging content, and support the company's digital marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging social media posts, carousels, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Write captions, social media copy, and relevant hashtags.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing team members.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, followers, and other performance metrics.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and trending content formats.
- Support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
- Assist with social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
- Prepare weekly or monthly social media performance reports.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital communication.





Required Skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Good written communication and content-writing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Understanding of reels, short-form videos, carousels, and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
- Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with internships, personal social media projects, or relevant portfolio work are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation will be an advantage.
