Job Role

At JaCaCo, we're looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Executive who can bring our brand to life through authentic and engaging content. This isn't a role for someone who prefers to manage social media from a desk. We're looking for someone who's curious, proactive, and excited to be where the action is.

You'll spend time in our factory, application lab, events, and day-to-day workspaces, capturing stories, creating content, and showcasing the people, processes, and products that make JaCaCo unique. From Instagram Reels and LinkedIn posts to YouTube Shorts and behind-the-scenes videos, you'll help build a strong and distinctive digital presence for our brand.

Qualifications:

- 0 to 3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, freelancing, internships, or agency environments.
- A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Design, or a related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio matters more.

Location-Jarod-Vadodara, Gujarat

Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Capture and develop content from factories, application labs, events,



product demonstrations, and office activities.
- Produce Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousels, photographs, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Write creative, engaging, and platform-specific captions and copy.
- Convert technical and manufacturing processes into straightforward, engaging stories.
- Monitor social media trends and leverage relevant formats, audio, and content ideas.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media channels.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, technical, sales, and leadership teams to identify content opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and external partners when required.
- Maintain a structured content library and ensure approval processes are followed.
- Monitor and report on key social media metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, impressions, and content performance.
- Support product launches, events, exhibitions, campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
- Generate new content ideas and recommend strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools.
- Creative storytelling and content ideation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable working in a factory and manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
