Role Description The Social Media Executive is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for different channels, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring performance analytics.

Executive will collaborate with the creative and production teams to align social content with ongoing film, video, and brand projects.



The role also includes staying updated on social media trends, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication that reflects TCB’s creative identity.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Media Planning skills to design, schedule, and optimize campaigns aligned with business and content objectives.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messages.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, generate insights, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and their best practices.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in film, video production, or creative industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
