Job Overview

Kandas Rental & Trading is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence and execute social media marketing campaigns.

The role involves creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, running paid advertising campaigns, and generating leads for our equipment rental and trading business across the UAE, Qatar, and Oman.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop monthly content calendars and implement social media marketing strategies.
- Promote equipment rental and trading services across the UAE, Qatar, and Oman.
- Generate business leads and improve brand awareness through digital marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, and lead conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and advertising results.
- Coordinate with internal and regional teams to obtain product information, images, videos,



and other marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Relevant experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Robust content creation, copywriting, and creative writing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar graphic design tools.
- Experience in video editing, reel creation, and short-form video content.
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple marketing activities independently.
- Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing performance metrics.
- Experience in B2B marketing, equipment rental, trading, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
- Ability to create content targeting audiences in the UAE, Qatar, and Oman.
