Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our internal brands and client social media accounts. The candidate will handle content planning, video shooting, and social media growth, with YouTube growth as the highest priority.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage internal social media pages, including Srijan Institute, EasyLearn, Original Doms, Digi Vibrant, and assigned client accounts.

- Plan, shoot, and create engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.

- Shoot videos of panels, interviews, podcasts, and other business or educational activities.

- Understand camera operations, framing, composition, lighting, and basic audio setup for quality video shooting.

- Develop creative content strategies to improve reach, engagement, and audience retention.

- Focus on growing YouTube subscribers, views, watch time, and reach, especially for Srijan Institute.

- Monitor Instagram followers and engagement across all assigned platforms.





- Optimize YouTube videos using effective titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and relevant keywords.

- Track analytics, improve content performance, coordinate with designers and video editors, and maintain content calendars.

- Submit regular performance reports covering subscribers, followers, views, reach, and engagement.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management and digital content creation.

- Practical knowledge of camera handling and video shooting.

- Understanding of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- Creative thinking, trend awareness, and knowledge of social media analytics.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Primary Goal: To create engaging video content, manage internal and client social media accounts, and drive measurable growth across platforms, with YouTube as the top priority.
