: Social Media Executive

Location: Lucknow (Work From Office)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

FlairUP is looking for a creative, technically sound, and trend-aware Social Media Executive/Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and social media management. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Manage social media accounts, including content posting, scheduling, and basic performance tracking.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
- Assist in developing engaging content ideas to improve audience reach and engagement.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports using Excel.




- Coordinate with the content and design teams to ensure timely execution of social media activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media management and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound technical knowledge of Excel, content posting, and social media management tools.
- Awareness of current social media trends and audience engagement practices.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.

Important: This is a full time, work-from-office position in Lucknow. Candidates must be comfortable with the specified working hours and work arrangement. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
