ARCH Design & Construction Services specializes in Architecture, Interiors, and Turnkey Execution. Designed with Vision, Executed with Precision. We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to be the creative voice behind our designs, projects, and growth!

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

- Platform Management: Manage our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Content Creation: Create and post Reels, Posts, Stories, and Carousels.
- Video Production: Shoot and edit project/site videos.
- Project Showcasing: Showcase the transition from 3D Renders → Site Progress → Final Projects.
- Copywriting: Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy.
- Content Planning: Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Lead Generation: Handle Instagram enquiries and generate leads.
- Analytics: Monitor insights, reach, and engagement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with our architects, designers, and site team.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop creative campaigns for our projects and services.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a premium and consistent brand image.





Requirements & Qualifications (We're Looking For)
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing.
- Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of Instagram & Reels, including social media trends and algorithms.
- Video & Design Skills: Good video shooting & editing skills with working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Communication: Good English & communication skills.
- Creative Eye: A creative eye for architecture, interiors, & luxury design.
- Mindset: Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Big Plus (Preferred Experience)

- Background or prior experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, or Architectural Photography/Videography.
