We are looking for a proactive, creative, and customer-focused individual to drive sales through our Shopify website, WhatsApp, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

- Confirm Shopify orders by calling customers and following up on pending or unconfirmed orders.

- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and other online channels.

- Convert customer enquiries into orders through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

- Build solid customer relatioInterested candidates can share their resume via LinkedIn message.nships to encourage repeat purchases and improve customer satisfaction.

- Generate sales through WhatsApp enquiries, Instagram engagement, and customer follow-ups.

- Create engaging Instagram content, including product videos, reels, stories, and posts.





- Shoot and edit jewellery product videos and develop fresh content ideas to promote products.

- Monitor daily Shopify sales and identify opportunities to increase orders and conversions.

- Maintain a consistent and engaging online presence for the brand.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills and confidence in customer calling.

- Experience in online sales, customer handling, or Shopify order management.

- Basic skills in Instagram content creation, reels, and video editing.

- Ability to convert enquiries into sales and build long-term customer relationships.

- A creative, responsible, and sales-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
