Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Current Delhi, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Social Media Content

Creator will plan, produce, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to showcase UrbanXperts’ projects and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating photo and video content, writing captions and short copy, planning content calendars, and collaborating with design and operations teams to capture ongoing work at client sites. The role also involves monitoring social media performance, responding to comments and messages in a professional manner,



and suggesting new content ideas based on trends and audience insights.

The Social Media Content

Creator will support brand consistency, help grow followers and engagement, and contribute to campaigns that highlight the quality and style of UrbanXperts’ work.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in social media content creation, including short-form video, photography, and caption writing.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and using basic analytics tools.
- Ability to plan and maintain content calendars, align posts with marketing goals, and follow brand guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of design and editing tools (such as Canva, Adobe Express, or mobile editing apps) to create visually appealing posts.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfort visiting project sites in New Delhi to capture content that reflects real work and client outcomes.
- Prior experience in home improvement, interior design, or a related industry is an advantage but not required.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred.
