About the Role

Yashvi Nexus is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and trend-savvy content creator & social media executive to join our growing marketing team. We're looking for someone who can turn creative ideas into engaging content, develop impactful social media strategies, and create content that helps brands connect with their target audiences.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, storytelling, and current digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Create engaging and original content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, publish, and manage content across multiple client social media accounts.
- Reels & Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit reels, short-form videos, and other engaging visual content.
- Content Writing: Write creative captions, reel scripts, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Content Strategy: Develop content calendars and creative campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with social media trends, trending audio, content formats, and platform updates.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content follows each client's brand identity, tone, and guidelines.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor social media engagement, reach, and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team to execute creative campaigns.





Requirements

- Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Good copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Experience working with multiple brands or in a marketing agency will be an added advantage.
