We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor who can produce engaging social media content, edit short-form videos, and help build a strong and consistent brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form marketing videos.
- Develop creative content ideas, video hooks, captions, and basic scripts.
- Create educational, promotional, and brand-awareness content related to construction, home improvement, renovation, and maintenance.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats for multiple social media platforms.
- Maintain consistency in ArcMart's brand identity, visual style, and communication.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, editing techniques, and relevant content opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and growth team to execute content calendars and campaigns.
- Organize creative assets and deliver content within agreed deadlines.
- Review content performance and use insights to improve future creatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, graphic design, or video editing.




- Proficiency in Canva and at least one video-editing tool, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content formats.
- Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Basic copywriting skills, including captions, hooks, and short video scripts.
- Ability to manage multiple creative assignments and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous social media creatives and video-editing work.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with startups, D2C brands, or digital marketing teams.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and content performance.
- Experience creating promotional videos, product demos, and brand storytelling content.
- Ability to shoot basic videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Interest in construction, real estate, home improvement, or technology.
