swtch. builds the brand and the systems behind founder-led businesses. Running since 2019, we handle social, content, websites and AI automation for brands from Tricity to Dubai, across manufacturing, sports, D2C and hospitality. What you'll do

- Run social for 4 to 6 brand accounts
- Own the monthly content calendar for each account, from idea to published post
- Write captions, hooks and post copy that sound like the brand, not like a template
- Work with our video editor and designer to get content made on time
- Schedule and publish across Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
- Be the main point of contact for clients on social: approvals, feedback, monthly reports
- Track what's working and change the plan based on numbers, not guesses

Who you are

- 1 to 2 years handling brand social accounts, at an agency or in-house




- You write well in English, and Hinglish is a plus
- You can talk to a business owner confidently and handle pushback without folding or arguing
- Organized: you know what's due today, this week and this month without being reminded
- You follow brands in your own time and can name exactly what one is doing right or wrong

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
