Key Responsibilities

● Supervise daily solar installation activities.

● Manage site manpower and daily work allocation.

● Coordinate electricians, welders and technicians.

● Ensure work follows drawings and specifications.

● Monitor installation quality and productivity.

● Check material usage and site requirements.

● Maintain daily progress reports.

● Coordinate with the Project Manager.

● Ensure site safety and housekeeping.

● Support testing,



commissioning and handover.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma preferred.

Preferred: Solar/EPC/construction experience.
