Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior execution work at project sites.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, POP workers, and other contractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved designs and drawings.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at every stage.
- Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and site requirements.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and progress updates.
- Identify execution issues and coordinate with the design and project teams to resolve them.
- Ensure proper site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Monitor labour productivity and report delays or additional requirements to management.

Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in interior execution or site supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of interior materials, measurements, drawings, and execution methods.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
