Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution: Execute interior works (carpentry, civil, electrical, false ceilings, and flooring) strictly according to approved design drawings

- Trade Coordination: Sequence carpenters, painters, electricians, and vendors so their work does not clash or damage completed finishes.

- Quality &
- Material Control:

Inspect incoming raw materials against purchase orders, verify finish standards, and flag design or site discrepancies early.

- Progress &

- Labor Tracking:

Monitor daily worker attendance, track labor productivity, and maintain daily progress reports (DPR)

- Safety &

- Housekeeping:

Enforce site safety rules, conduct safety inspections, and keep the work area clean and organized.

- Reporting:



Update the interior project manager or client regularly on milestone achievements and site bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out, residential, or commercial site supervision.

- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret floor plans, cross-sections, and technical/graphical files,

- Soft Skills: Robust leadership, communication, labor management, and on-site problem-solving abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
