Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience in residential interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring quality execution as per approved designs and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities for residential interior projects.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other contractors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and project management teams.




- Track site progress and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper material usage, site safety, and housekeeping.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in residential interior site supervision.
- Practical knowledge of interior execution, modular furniture, and finishing work.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bengaluru.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Location

Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
