Job Title – Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with 8–10 years of experience in real estate development projects, including civil construction and infrastructure works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and achieving project timelines as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily civil construction, finishing, and infrastructure activities at the project site.

Monitor RCC work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and other finishing activities.

Supervise infrastructure works, including internal roads, drainage systems, storm water lines, sewerage networks, water supply lines, and related external development works.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other project teams.

Monitor manpower deployment, material availability, and daily work allocation.





Check workmanship and ensure timely rectification of defects and quality issues.

Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage at the site.

Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work completion updates.

Coordinate for site inspections, snag rectification, and project handover activities.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.

Ensure smooth coordination between civil, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure teams.

Educational Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Required Skills & Experience

8–10 years of experience in site supervision, preferably with a real estate developer.

Hands-on experience in both civil construction and infrastructure development works.

Positive knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, roadwork, drainage, sewerage, and water supply networks.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings and layouts.

Experience in contractor coordination, manpower management, and material planning.

Knowledge of construction quality standards and site safety practices.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in residential and high-rise real estate projects, including internal infrastructure and external development works, will be preferred. The candidate should be capable of independently supervising site activities and ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of work.
