Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in real estate construction projects. The role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and timely delivery of project milestones in coordination with various teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Execution:

- Oversee day-to-day activities at construction sites to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule deliveries and installations.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Supervise execution of civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works as per approved drawings and standards.

Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that workmanship meets design specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or deficiencies in materials or workmanship.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project quality.

Communication & Coordination:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between design teams, project managers, and on-site personnel.
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates to ensure clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects,



interior designers, and engineers to resolve design-related issues and modifications.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and change orders.
- Generate reports on project status, budget expenditures, and any significant developments or challenges.

Safety Compliance:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and promote a culture of safety among site workers.
- Report and address any on-site incidents or unsafe conditions immediately.

Labour & Resource Management:

- Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of on-site labour and subcontractors.
- Ensure optimal use of materials, equipment, and manpower to minimize wastage and delays.
- Coordinate procurement and usage of site materials in line with work schedules.

Requirements:

· Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate/construction sites.

· Strong knowledge of site execution, safety, and quality control.

· Ability to read drawings and manage labour.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
