Key Responsibilities

Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day site operations, including construction, production, maintenance, or other relevant activities.

Safety: Enforce and promote a culture of safety and ensure that all site personnel adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.

Team Management: Lead and manage a team of site personnel, including supervisors, workers, and subcontractors, ensuring their productivity and adherence to schedules.

Resource Allocation: Allocate and manage resources, such as labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project or production goals.

Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that work meets established standards and specifications.

Scheduling: Develop and maintain project or production schedules,

Budget Management: Manage site budgets, including cost control and monitoring of expenses.

Vendor and Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
