Urgent requirement for Construction company.

- Site Execution & Supervision: Direct and monitor daily site activities, including RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structural work, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.
- Drawing & Layout Interpretation: Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings; perform site layout setting out, levels, and alignment checks.
- Quality Control & Testing: Conduct regular quality inspections, cube casting tests, slump tests, and material checks to prevent structural defects.
- Contractor & Labor Coordination: Assign daily tasks to foremen, masons, laborers, and external subcontractors; monitor labor productivity.
- Material & Resource Management: Track site inventory, forecast material requirements (steel, cement, aggregates), prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and minimize material wastage.
- Measurements & Billing Support: Take site measurements,



verify contractor measurements, check quantity statements, and assist in running bill certifications.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety rules, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance, and adherence to local construction regulations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain the site logbook/diary, daily progress reports (DPRs), and weekly logs for management review.

Experience:

above above 5 to 10 years.
