Job highlights

- 3 to 8 years of experience in construction,preferably in residential / commercial real estate projects
- Good communication and leadership skills. .
- Execution of works strictly as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Supervision of all construction activities on site including labour management.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
- Coordination with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Material reconciliation and resource planning.
- Monitor progress of work and report delays or deviations to higher management.
- Assist in billing, quantity estimation and documentation.
- Ensure site cleanliness and compliance with health & safety protocols.

Eligibility

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in construction, preferably in residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and project coordination.
- Robust understanding of quality assurance and safety norms.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
