Role & responsibilities

- Understanding construction/ technical drawings
- Estimating/ verifying of quantities
- Preparing project schedule, weekly reports and client communication documents. Should have experience in project management.
- Planning work (for activities, men and material)
- Guiding and supervising at site, work such as carpentry, false ceiling, electrical wiring/ fitting, HVAC works, plumbing, paneling, minor civil work such as flooring, waterproofing, POP, painting etc
- Should ensure site measurements are taken accurately by different teams at site such as carpentry, civil, gypsum etc.
- Should ensure work is done in accordance with the drawings
- Liaising with client-s representatives, attending periodic reviews, communicating (written/ verbal)
- Ensuring documentation as per laid down procedures
- Preparing and sending weekly progress report to clients.




- Monitoring interior execution work at multiple sites on daily or bi-weekly basis
- Collection of samples from various vendors whenever required
- Procurement of finishes and fixtures from local suppliers whenever required
- Co-ordination with the office team and informing them of the project status on a daily basis
