Key Responsibilities

Site Execution &

- Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the project site.

- Execute civil, carpentry, partition, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other interior works as applicable.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with carpenters, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.

Planning &

- Coordination

- Coordinate with the Project Manager, design team, consultants, and client representatives.

- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

- Prepare daily site progress reports and update project schedules.

- Identify site issues, drawing discrepancies, and execution challenges, and report them to the Project Manager.

Quality Control

- Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.

- Verify dimensions, levels, materials, and finishes before and during execution.





- Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.

- Rectify defects and ensure completion of snag lists before project handover.

Material &

- Labour Management

- Prepare material requirement lists and coordinate material deliveries.

- Monitor stock, consumption, and wastage of materials at the site.

- Allocate and monitor manpower according to project requirements.

- Verify measurements and assist in preparing contractor and subcontractor bills.

Safety &

- Documentation

- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and housekeeping standards.

- Maintain daily attendance, labour records, material records, and site documentation.

- Maintain records of work progress, measurements, inspections, and client instructions.

- Support final inspections, snag rectification, and project handover activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
