Supervise interior finishing works in residential projects. Monitor flooring, tiling, granite, marble, painting, putty, gypsum, false ceiling, carpentry, doors, windows, and fixture installation. Coordinate electrical and plumbing finishing works with the respective teams.

Check site measurements, levels, alignment, and finishing quality. Read and understand architectural, interior, and working drawings. Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and vendors.

Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and wastage. Prepare daily progress reports and ensure work is completed as per schedule. Identify finishing defects and coordinate timely rectification. Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and proper handover of completed work.
