Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and project managers.

- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

- Check measurements, material consumption, and workmanship at the site.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

- Coordinate material requirements and ensure the availability of construction materials.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.

- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

- Support quality inspections and rectify deviations or defects identified during inspections.

- Maintain discipline and ensure safe working practices at the project site.





Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

- Manpower and contractor management skills.

- Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurement.

- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

- Knowledge of site safety practices and construction procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 36 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.

- Experience in site execution, supervision, and project coordination.

- Willingness to work at project locations as required.
