:

1. Laout, Getting the work done from Petty Contractors Monitoring Supervision of high-rise residential buildings (more than 20 Stories) with RCC walls/commercial projects as per the GFC drawings, BOQ and Direction of Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation Review:

1. The candidate should be able to understand the GFC drawings throughly and able to point out any deficiency.

2- He should be able to Layout all type of structure of the building. 3- Checking and getting steel reinforcement laid as per GFC, checking and getting shuttering done with proper level and elevation,



oiling getting concreting done as per Technical specifications including post pour activities.
1. Preparation of Check List before pouring, preparion of pour card and post pour check list including getting proper curing done.
2. Will be able to get done all other works like brickwork/blockwork, plaster etc.

Coordination Communication: 1- Coordinate with client as per the direction of Project Manager.

2- Provide technical guidance to Foreman Supervisors working under him.

3- He should be able to read and follow the relevent IS codes techanical specification.

Required Skills Qualifications:

Education: B.Tech (Civil) with 5 yeras / Diploma (Civil) with 7-8 Years

Experience: Minimum 5 years in high-rise (more than 20 years) building projects.

Soft Skills:

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Salary :

As per the present Industry Norms.
