Afra Engineers is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Site Engineers. The candidate will assist in site supervision, project execution, material management, and coordination with workers and other team members to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising daily site activities and project execution.

- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and project managers.

- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.

- Visit project sites and support the team in resolving technical issues.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E.



in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Bike mandatory.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
