Job Summary

AVA Group is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 2–3 years of relevant experience to oversee day-to-day site activities and support the execution of construction and project work. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of construction practices, site supervision, quality control, and coordination with contractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and monitor work progress at the project site.
- Ensure that site work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Track project progress and report delays, site issues, and requirements to the concerned team.
- Assist in planning daily site activities and ensuring the availability of required materials and resources.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, measurements, and relevant documentation.




- Identify and help resolve on-site technical and execution-related issues.
- Follow site safety procedures and ensure that workers adhere to applicable safety requirements.
- Coordinate site inspections and ensure that work is completed within the planned timelines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality checks, and site coordination.
- Valuable communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage day-to-day site responsibilities.
- Willingness to visit and work at project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate A proactive and organized professional with strong site coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support timely and quality execution of construction projects. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
