Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Accountant to manage all accounting and financial activities at our project site in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining site accounts, processing vendor payments, managing petty cash, supporting payroll activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily site accounting records and books of accounts.
- Handle petty cash management and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Verify and process vendor invoices, subcontractor bills, and material purchase bills.
- Track project expenditures and monitor site budgets.
- Coordinate with the Head Office Finance team for payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Maintain records of material purchases, consumption, and stock movements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Support labor attendance tracking and payroll processing.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and cash balances.




- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and management reviews.
- Assist project management in cost control and budget monitoring.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 4-9years of experience in site accounting, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered for junior roles.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in Tally, ERP, SAP, or similar accounting software.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in construction, real estate, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to project costing, billing, and vendor management.
- Experience working at site locations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
