The L3 Sirion CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Functional Consultant is the organisations deepest functional owner and single point of accountability for the Sirion CLM platform across DP Worlds Regions, Lines of Business, Legal Entities, and Business Units. The role demands the ability to independently lead full-cycle CLM implementations, govern rollouts to new entities, and serve as the primary escalation point for all Sirion-related functional issues. The incumbent is expected to own the platform as a product driving adoption, configuration maturity, integration integrity, and continuous improvement across a complex, multi-entity global environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Configuration &

- Platform Management

- Configure and maintain clauses, clause libraries, and contract templates across all entity types and contract categories.

- Annotate templates, map metadata fields to Sirions extraction, Template stictching, obligation tracking, and risk scoring engine.

- Configure and maintain Decision Tables for commercial, risk, deviation, and obligation logic.

- Configure and manage approval workflows sequential, parallel, conditional, and role-based aligned to DPWs delegation-of-authority matrix.

- Configure and manage workflows across all contract lifecycle stages: intake, authoring, negotiation, execution, renewal, addendums, expiry, and termination.

- Configure and manage dashboards role-specific, BU-specific, LoB-specific, and executive-level views.

- Configure and manage reports & analytics obligation trackers, milestone alerts, spend summaries, contract aging, SLA compliance, and deviation reports.

- Perform periodic configuration audits to identify and remediate configuration debt, redundant rules, and deprecated templates.

- Manage sandbox/test environments and enforce a promote-to-production governance process for all configuration changes.

2. Documentation &

- Governance

- Create and maintain the Global Solution Design Document (GSDD) the single source of truth for all Sirion configuration across regions, BUs, and legal entities.

- Create and maintain Configuration Workbooks detailed,



entity-level configuration records covering templates, clauses, workflows, approval hierarchies, decision tables, metadata fields, and integration touchpoints.

- Maintain a Configuration Change Log and enforce change governance prior to any production deployment.

- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for platform administration, template management, user provisioning, and offboarding.

- Maintain the data dictionary and metadata taxonomy across contract types, categories, and business units.

- Produce Release Notes, user guides and Business Impact Assessments for platform upgrades and configuration changes.

3. Implementation &

- Rollout

- Lead greenfield Sirion implementations for current Business Units or Legal Entities end-to-end from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, UAT, training, and go-live.

- Lead rollouts of the existing Sirion solution to new BUs / Legal Entities including localisation, entity-specific configuration, data migration, and UAT coordination.

- Own the functional workstream within implementation projects, coordinating across project managers, business stakeholders, legal, IT, and Sirion.

- Conduct discovery and requirements workshops with business and legal stakeholders to capture CLM requirements by entity, LoB, and contract type.

- Develop Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) per implementation and ensure traceability between requirements and live configuration.

- Define and manage UAT plans including test scripts, defect tracking, sign-off criteria, and hypercare support post go-live.

- Maintain an implementation tracker and produce regular status reports for senior procurement and IT leadership.

4. Integrations (Functional Lead)

- Serve as the functional lead for all Sirion integrations primarily with Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics CRM,



eSignature tools (DocuSign / Adobe Sign), DataLake, identity management (SSO / LDAP / Azure AD), and document repositories.

- Define data mapping, field-level specifications, trigger logic, and error-handling requirements for technical integration teams.

- Participate in integration testing validate data flows, trigger logic, and exception handling from a functional perspective.

- Maintain integration design documentation and ensure it is kept current with live configuration and system changes.

- Coordinate with Oracle Fusion functional teams to ensure contract-to-PO, supplier master, and spend data flows remain accurate and reconciled.

5. Support &

- Escalation Management

- Serve as the L3 escalation point for all functional issues escalated from L1 / L2 CLM support.

- Perform root cause analysis on configuration-related defects and implement corrective actions within agreed SLAs.

- Liaise with Sirions vendor support team and Customer Success Manager for product bugs, enhancement requests, and contractual SLA enforcement.

- Manage Sirion platform upgrades review release notes, assess impact on live configuration, test new features in sandbox, and coordinate regression testing before production deployment.

- Maintain and triage a CLM issues register, classifying issues by severity, root cause, and resolution status.

- Proactively monitor platform health, data quality, and automation success rates, escalating risks before they impact operations.

6. Training &

- Enablement

- Develop and deliver end-user training programmes for contract managers, legal teams, and business users across BUs and geographies.

- Build and maintain a knowledge base and FAQ repository for recurring functional queries and self-service resolution.

- Coach and mentor L1 / L2 CLM support staff on platform capabilities, configuration logic, and escalation criteria.

- Produce quick-reference user guides, process maps, and onboarding packs for new BU rollouts.
